Create a 3D curve


  1. Choose 3D Sketching tab→3D Draw group→3D Curve command .

  2. Click to place the starting point for the curve.

  3. Continue to click to place points for the curve.

    Note:

    You can click different sketch planes to place the curve across planes.

  4. Right-click to place the curve.

Tip:

  • To close or open previously created curves without adding or removing points, use the Close Curve option. Select the curve to edit, and then select or clear the Close Curve button on the command bar.

  • to control the display or edit mode for a curve, use the options on the 3D Curve command bar and the commands on the shortcut menu .
