Align Edge command
The Align Edge command
rotates a view by aligning a linear edge to a specified angle or direction. You can rotate the view using a linear edge in the following ways:

You can click on an edge to align the edge with the horizontal axis.

You can highlight the edge, then drag the cursor to define an approximate rotation angle.

You can type a precise rotation angle, then select an edge to rotate.
This command is available:

In the Customize Orientation dialog box, when you click the Custom button in the Drawing View Creation Wizard (Drawing View Layout) dialog box.
